    You have just finished your weight loss program and you want to stay in the shape you're in now.
    You can stay fit with two sessions a week during 10 weeks, by alternating between the indoor bike and the elliptical machine. These sessions will vary in length and intensity in order for you not to get settled in an exercise routine.

    First of all, concerning the bike, make sure you have shorts with protective padding. Make sure you adjust your bike to your size, meaning the height of the seat must allow you to almost touch your elbow (when your hands are on the handle bar) with your knee when your leg is bent.
    Then make sure the handle bar is not too far from you so as not to lay on your bike. Once you've found the right position, remember the settings so you can adjust the bike quickly the next session. Make sure you always have a bottle of water close by. If your last meal was more than three and a half hours ago, remember to have a snack 45 minutes before the session. Please respect the recommended maximum heart rate (MHR) and enjoy yourself as much as you can.
