    After you are done with a weight lose program, through walking, biking or a mix, or any other program, you want to use the elliptical machine to stay in shape and maintain the progress you've made.
    This is an easy program which includes 2 sessions per week during 10 weeks, and which must help you maintain the progress you've made.
    Every session lasts about 40 minutes, alternating between walking at a faster pace and walking at a slower pace, so that you can get comfortable with physical exercise. At the end of the program, the workout sessions will last slightly longer.
    By the end of the program, you will be able to give yourself new aims.

    Start by checking your sports equipment: sports shoes and outfit adapted for indoor sports. For this, ask a professional for assistance on what to get.
    After each session don't forget to stretch, and to drink on a regular basis during the day.
    Please respect instructions during the sessions especially those pertaining to pace.
    As soon as you start, monitor your breathing by breathing in and breathing out in a global manner, stomach and chest.
    Keep breathing comfortably, but also feel comfortable altogether.
    Ideally, try to workout on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday.
