    You want to start working out; you choose the elliptical machine to start your sports activity. This easy program which includes 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks must help you get in shape.
    Every session lasts about 45 minutes alternating between walking at a faster pace and walking at a slower pace so as to get comfortable with physical exercise. At the end of the program, the workout sessions will last slightly longer.
    By the end of the program, you will be able to give yourself new aims and take advantage of all the progress you've made.

    Start by checking your sports equipment: sports shoes and outfit adapted for indoor sports. For this, ask a professional for assistance on what to get.
    After each session don't forget to stretch, and to drink on a regular basis during the day.
    Please respect instructions during the sessions especially those pertaining to pace.
    As soon as you start, monitor your breathing by breathing in and breathing out in a global manner, stomach and chest.
    Keep breathing comfortably, but also feel comfortable altogether.
    Ideally, try to workout on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday.
