    This training program aims to help you maintain your weight loss, 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks.

    Most of the sessions last at least 1 hour in order to induce lipolysis (breakdown of body fat). Sessions are spread out in order for your body to not settle in a routine; days between sessions are necessary to absorb the sessions and better recover.

    First of all make sure you have a good pair of shoes, always have a bottle water close by during the session.
    Please respect the recommended maximum heart rate during each session, as well as the numbers of days between sessions so as to be in the best possible condition during workouts.
    Stretch after each session, drink a lot of water and if your last meal was more than 4 hours before the beginning of the session, eat a cereal bar 30 to 45 minutes before you start.
