You will soon start a training program (getting ready for a 10km run or a semi-marathon for example).
In the meantime, and to optimize your physical fitness, this training program with the bike will help you start your future training program in good shape. Sessions are organised so as to allow you to be ready and feel comfortable about your next goal.
This training consists of 1 session per week for 4 weeks.

Before starting, make sure you adjust your bike, stretch before you leave, and mostly, don't forget to drink a lot of water.
