After being away from sports for a while and before starting a training program related to your future goal (getting ready for a 10 km or a semi-marathon for instance), you want to get back into shape.
This program is based on easy bike sessions so you can get adjust to the exercise without injuring yourself.
This training exercice consists of 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks.
