    This program is based on easy bike sessions so you can get adjust to the exercise without injuring yourself.
    This training exercice consists of 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks.

    During your sessions, don't forgot to stretch and drink on a regular basis. exercises warm up and of also before of starting your sessions.
    Please respect all the instructions during your sessions.
