If for some reason you've stopped training altogether, this program will help you find your motivation and remember how to enjoy exercise again.
Based on workouts that last about 45 minutes, you will train once a week for four weeks.

Coach Guidelines
The workouts are moderate to ease you back into exercise, allowing you to awaken and loosen your tendons, joints and muscles properly to avoid injury.
Check your running equipment (comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing) , stretch well at the end of each workout, and don't forget to keep drinking water.
Ideally, so your workouts Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday.
