    You exercise on a random basis. You now would like to be more diligent. In spite of that, your daily routine gives you a lot of nervous tensions To face these stressful situations, you decide to exercise on the treadmill in order to stay in shape.
    This complete program consists of 3 sessions per week during 8 weeks which must help you spend your energy to evacuate tension zones and thus feel better.
    To get used to the exercise and get the physical skills for it, the sessions progress from 30 minutes to about 40 minutes by the end of the program; they alternate easy walking with moderate walking and uphill walking in order to sollicit your cardio-respiratory system, and progress.
    By the end of the program, you will be able to give yourself new aims and take advantage of all the progress you've made.

    Start by checking your sports equipment: sports shoes and outfit adapted for indoor sports. For this, ask a professional for assistance on what to get.
    Remember to stretch, after every session; drink on a regular basis during the day.
    Please respect instructions during the sessions, especially those pertaining to speed and slope of the treadmill which can be adapted to the shape your in at the time.
    As soon as you start, monitor your breathing by breathing in and breathing out in a global manner, (use your stomach and chest).
    Keep breathing comfortably, but also feel comfortable altogether.
    Ideally try to workout on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday.
