    Your daily routine is stressful and you want to evacuate this stress. This program consists of sessions on the indoor bike, aiming to help you unwind.
    The levels of intensity during these sessions will help you get free of and evacuate all your nervous tensions. By exercising three times a week during 8 weeks, you will be working out at different intensities.

    Make sure you adjust your bike during the first session; get yourself a pair of shorts with protective padding.
    Always have a bottle of water close by so that you can drink during the session. Please respect the numbers of days of rest between each session as advised. Don't workout one day after the other. you'll risk being very tired later on in the program. Ideally choose your session on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Stretch out after every session as you are solliciting your muscles, and you want to avoid muscle aches the following days.
