Coach Guidelines
Make sure you have a good pair of shoes. Always have a bottle of water close by so that you can drink during the session.
Please respect the numbers of days of rest between each session as advised. Don't workout one day after the other. you'll risk being very tired later on in the program. Stretch out after every session as you are solliciting your muscles, and you want to avoid muscle aches the following days. Ideally try to workout on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
