    Even if you exercise on a regular basis, your daily routine gives you a lot of nervous tensions and anxiety. You want to spend your energy in order to evacuate your stress and get back to a state of calm and wellbeing. You choose the elliptical to relieve your stress and stay in shape.
    This program consisting of 3 sessions per week during 8 weeks aims to help you ''unwind" and feel better.
    Sessions have different intensity and that will help you free yourself of and evacuate your nervous tensions.

    Get a good pair of running shoes. Always have a bottle of water close by so that you can drink during the session. Please respect the numbers of days of rest between each session as advised. Don't workout one day after the other. you'll risk being very tired later on in the program.
    Stretch out after every session as you are solliciting your muscles, and you want to avoid muscle aches the following days.
    Make sure you take deep breaths, especially when you exhale (breath out), as this garantees muscle relaxation.
    Enjoy this moment and forget everything else!
    If your last meal was more than three and a half hours ago, remember to have a snack 45 minutes before the session.
    Ideally try to workout on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday.
